The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating meetings and events, handling customer inquiries, and providing general administrative support.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Manage the reception area and other common areas of the office.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Match and enter accounting invoices into our ERP Job Type:
