We are hiring Behavioral Health Clinicians tohelp us improve the health, education and wellness of our urban youth.
Qualifications:
LMHC or LICSW licensed in Rhode Island Desire to care for students and their families in a school-based clinic Interest in working the school calendar year and school hours Experience working with diverse cultures highly preferredServing as an extension of students primary care team and working in the Providenceschools, our primary care clinics support students, school staff and students familieswith physicals, managing chronic conditions, injuries and other primary care needs.
Behavioral Health Clinician will collaborate with Provider, LPN and RN.
Currently, thePCHC Smart team serves one elementary school, one middle school, and one highschool in the city of Providence.
Calendar school year 2023-2024 Position starts two weeks before First day of school and ends one week after last day of school.

We achieve this byidentifying and delivering interventions to address the physical, social, emotional andbehavioral barriers to classroom success, and thus creating optimal conditions forlearning through the deployment of Active Access to deliver Active Care for allstudents, school faculty and staff, and students families.
