Responsibilities of HR Generalist:
Provide Support to Director of Human Resources Coordinate da-to-day operations of employee benefits programs Coordinate, schedule and deliver new employee benefits orientations and programs Provide support to new hire enrollments Assist in the administration of company's 403(b) retirement plan Support the annual open enrollment process for benefits Answer and incoming questions or concerns Coordinate and manage Worker's Compensation claims and the COBRA program Organize tuition programs Perform other tasks as assigned Requirements of HR Generalist Previous experience in Human Resources setting preferred but not required Strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Great computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Problem solver Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Hours:
8:
30 am-4:
30 pm Monday-Friday Pay Rate:
