00 AM) at our Voluntary Stabilization Unit in Norton, Massachusetts.
This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a psychiatric setting and contribute to the well-being of individuals seeking voluntary stabilization services.
Responsibilities of LPN Overnight Shift:
Provide nursing care to individuals in the 8-bed Voluntary Stabilization Unit.
Very low activity - Patients are sleeping majority of the time Monitor and assess the mental health status of patients.
Administer sleeping medications and treatments as needed.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications.
of LPN Overnight Shift:
Current and valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
Previous experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings is preferred.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
