What do our Customer Care Representatives do?

This is an in-Office role

Our Customer Care Representatives are knowledgeable, energetic, and consistently deliver the best overall customer experience. To succeed in this role, you need to be passionate, and customer obsessed while serving customers and potential consumers in the pest control industry. Responsibilities include placing outbound calls to people who have expressed an interest in Pest Control services, evaluating customers' current situation, and dispatching sales to the field.

Responsibilities also Include demonstrating a strong work ethic and capacity to handle high work volume in a great teamwork environment along with the following:

Acting as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor for pest control products and services that meet customer needs.

  • Providing creative, reliable, and personalized resolution of customer concerns to retain existing customers and maintain their regular services
  • Responsible for generating new business as well as reconnecting with customers who have not used our pest control services in an extended period
  • Maintaining continued personalized contact with customers after retaining an existing customer or selling a new customer to regularly exceed customer expectations
  • Providing timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Ensuring thorough and accurate response to customer inquiries and if necessary, partnering with appropriate department personnel
  • Processing customer orders/changes/etc. according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Recording details of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints along with details and actions are taken.
  • Performing outbound calls regarding account balances with current customers

What do you need?

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Prior call center experience preferred
  • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and the ability to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone; excellent phone etiquette
  • Must be a self-motivated individual who possesses problem-solving skills and enjoys new challenges
  • Proven ability to resolve issues and multi-task, good organizational and time management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance are a must.
  • Must exhibit a high level of professionalism
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
