Punctuality:
Must be able to report to Norton facility at 7:
00am Monday-Saturday for work-vehicle preparation.
Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week April - November.
Valid Driver's License:
for operating a designated work vehicle.
Physical Ability:
Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
Working Conditions:
Direct exposure to the sun.
Mobile Device:
Must own a smart phone with access to the When I Work app.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable navigating work-related software devices.
Customer Service:
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
Professionalism:
Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and team-oriented mindset.
