Parts Manager

Primary responsibilities:
Manage day to day Parts Dept. Operations
Inventory/Stocking Control
Pricing Control
Core Management
Staff Management/Development
Performance and Goal Management
Customer and Supplier Relations
Reports directly to Location Manager
Daily attendance at work
Minimum requirements:
5 years dealership experience managing parts sales, inventory and staff within the Automotive, Truck or Bus parts industry.
Valid MA License
Knowledgeable background to include staff management, inventory control and customer relations.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to achieve and maintain Navistar and Thermo King Parts Certifications
Strong computers skills including dealership software, Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
